I am quite behind on my blogging, but I was such a sucker for this shoot. Partly because they included their pup. :) Congrats to Kim and Jake who become Mr. and Mrs. in a few months! Location: McDowell Creek; Lebanon, OR

Jo is a great friend of mine and an amazing lady. I'm so glad her and Charles allowed me to capture their special day.Getting Ready."She is clothed with strength and dignity..."And then there were men...I do.This last week I had the privilege of capturing this beautiful couple's adoption announcement. There are few shoots as exciting or as fun as this one. It felt like it was building up for a huge explosion of beauty and joy, but also of great trust and endurance. It was one of the first big steps in their adoption process and I was absolutely HONORED to be a part of it. This couple is fundraising for future Baby Brenner. If you are interested in their story or in helping them along their journey, check out Natalie's blog at http://www.nataliebrennerwrites.com/were-adopting/
It is such a privilege when couples trust me with their engagement shoots. Or any shoot for that matter. Here is Shelby and Brad's engagement shoot. Beautiful people on a beautiful February day in Pacific City, OR. Up on the rock where this first photo was taken is also where Brad proposed. Way to go Brad!
